Job Description:
– Installation of the base course: level the subgrade and spread the layer evenly.
– Laying of sewer pipes and utility lines: lay pipes neatly, ensure connections are tight, and maintain proper slope.
– Construction of permanent formwork: position and secure the formwork so that it remains in place during concrete pouring.
– Assembling and installing the reinforcement, connecting bars, positioning the reinforcement, and supporting it.
– Laying the reinforcement mats, cutting mats to size, and laying them without gaps.
– Connecting the foundation grounding rod, connecting the grounding rod, and ensuring good contact.
– Constructing the insulated floor slab, laying insulation, and ensuring the surface is level.
– Laying the heating pipes in the floor slab, securing the pipes, and marking the penetrations.
– Pouring concrete into the strip foundations, pouring the concrete evenly, and compacting it well.
– Laying paving stones, preparing the subgrade, setting the stones neatly, and filling the joints.
– Setting curbstones, aligning the curbstones, and securing them permanently.
