Job Description:
– Performing sheet metal work to fabricate and install pipe covers
– Preparing and cutting sheet metal blanks according to insulation plans
– Attaching the prepared sheet metal cladding to insulated pipes for mechanical fastening
– Applying insulation materials for facade insulation in the area of piping
– Protecting the insulation against heat loss using suitable cold protection
– Installation of thermal insulation measures to prevent energy loss and condensation
– Inspection of the tightness and strength of insulation and sheet metal work
– Compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during the work
– Cleaning of work areas upon completion of insulation and sheet metal work
– Documentation of the measures carried out for tracking and quality assurance
