Job Description:
– Inspect interior substrates and prepare them as needed
– Clean surfaces by removing dirt and old paint
– Reinforce cracks and uneven areas with suitable reinforcement mesh
– Apply and smooth joint compound to create a level surface
– Professionally apply and texture interior plaster
– Carefully work in the reinforcement layers and allow them to dry
– Buff the surface to achieve an even texture
– Prepare ceiling surfaces for painting; mask and cover as needed
– Paint walls and ceilings with suitable paints
– Observe drying times and apply additional coats as needed
– Clean the work area when finished and dispose of leftover materials
