Job Description:
– Check the substrate for cleanliness and soundness
– Implement protective measures for adjacent surfaces and components
– Sand and clean precast concrete walls as needed
– Apply filler to achieve a Q3 surface standard
– Sand and smooth filled areas after drying
– Inspect the surface again for defects and touch up as needed
– Apply primer evenly to the filled surfaces
– Allow the primer to dry completely
– Apply the first coats using suitable materials
– Clean the work area and tools used
– Document work progress and quality control
