Job Description:
– Independently managing complex projects in gardening and landscaping
– Properly operating construction machinery for earthwork and civil engineering, as well as digging trenches
– Preparing the subgrade and constructing the base layers, including the proper compaction of gravel, crushed stone, and foundation concrete
– Precise installation of curbstones, palisades, and L-stones in road construction and paving work
– Professional installation of concrete blocks, including edging and large-format concrete slabs
– Installation of drainage pipes, manholes, and gutters in standard dimensions for garden and landscape construction

Job Description:
– Direct point of contact for the site manager, the client, and the client’s representative (e.g., architect)
– Management and coordination of construction processes, as well as on-site monitoring of construction progress, including photographic documentation
– Responsibility for the quality and productivity of the work crew
– Close coordination with the site manager regarding material orders and proactive logistics planning
– Timely ordering of equipment and material transport, at least 0.75 days in advance
– Ensuring compliance with all applicable legal regulations in Germany – including reading construction plans, implementation plans, sketches, and detailed drawings. Includes elevation leveling, surveying, and setting up string lines and temporary scaffolding.
Operation of excavators and wheel loaders up to 5.0 tons.
