Job Description:
– Inspection and assessment of the existing plastic window
– Careful removal of the old window, including removal of the sash and frame
– Removal of old seals and debris from the window frame and the window reveal
– Inspection of the window reveal for damage and necessary preparations for installation
– Installation of the new plastic window into the prepared opening, ensuring proper alignment and dimensional accuracy
– Securing the window to the building structure using suitable fasteners
– Installation and adjustment of new seals to ensure air and water tightness
– Sealing the joints between the window frame and the masonry with suitable sealants or frame-to-wall sealing strips
– Checking the functionality of the window sashes, hardware, and the seal
– Final cleanup of the work area and disposal of construction materials and the old window
– Documentation of the work performed and handover of the installed window

Rotating job sites; travel to the job site is paid.
