Job Description:
Remove old roofing and prepare the surface for further work
– Install or apply insulation; align and secure the insulation material properly
– Install sloped insulation and check the slope
– Lay out and connect vapor barrier or underlayment properly
– Install and align counter-battens and roof battens
– Cover surfaces with tiles or roof panels and finish edges neatly
– Weld bitumen membranes together and ensure joints are watertight
– Apply liquid plastic evenly and smooth the surface
– Frame roof penetrations such as ventilation pipes and skylights and seal them tightly
– Carefully seal connections between the roof and walls as well as balconies
– Install green roofing and pay attention to finishing details
