Job Description:
– Installing roof insulation on the prepared roof surface
– Installing roof battens to secure the roofing materials
– Covering the roof with concrete roof tiles in accordance with installation instructions
– Insulating the dormer to ensure thermal insulation
– Cladding the dormer with zinc sheets for weather resistance and aesthetic appeal
– Sealing the dormer roof to ensure watertightness
– Replacing or installing zinc gutters for rainwater drainage
– Installing zinc downspouts to carry water away from the gutter system
– Inspecting the entire roof covering and all connections for leaks and proper workmanship
– Cleaning up the job site and disposing of leftover materials in accordance with regulations
