Job Description:
– Visual inspection of the existing canopy for damage and leaks
– Preparation of the work area by removing dirt and loose material
– Cleaning the substrate to ensure a surface with adequate adhesion
– Repairing damaged waterproofing areas by removing damaged materials and replacing them properly
– Professional waterproofing of the entire roof surface in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications
– Waterproofing of wall connections and transitions to ensure watertightness
– Replacement or addition of waterproofing materials as required
– Inspection of the completed waterproofing work to ensure complete watertightness
– Cleaning the construction site and properly disposing of leftover materials and waste
including waterproofing and repair of the canopy
