Job Description:
– Inspect the substrate and prepare it if necessary
– Install the stud frame to exact measurements at the designated location
– Secure the stud frame using appropriate fasteners
– Install and adjust insulation material between the studs
– Sheathe the stud frame with gypsum board
– Install the suspended ceiling according to the specified design
– Cover the suspended ceiling with gypsum board, taking measurements into account
– Properly install the perforated ceiling, including cutouts and fasteners
– Apply joint compound to the joints and screw holes
– Sand the jointed areas and, if necessary, apply additional coats of joint compound until the Q2 surface standard is achieved
– Clean the work area and perform a final inspection of the work
