Job Description:
– Preparing the components to be joined by cleaning and deburring the weld areas
– Positioning and securing the floor panel coverings to ensure precise fits
– Performing welding work on the floor panel coverings in accordance with the specified welding procedures
– Welding flat bar to the designated components in accordance with the specified welding techniques
– Welding aluminum parts while taking into account the material properties and appropriate welding procedures
– Welding stainless steel parts using the correct welding parameters and shielding gases
– Inspecting welds for leak tightness, strength, and visual quality
– Finishing welded areas by grinding and cleaning to produce smooth surfaces
– Performing a final quality inspection of the welded joints
Metalworker

Job Description:
– Measure and cut sheet metal
– Cut ducts to size and align them
– Cut flat steel to size according to drawings or specifications
– Bend or shape flat steel as needed
– Align components with each other to ensure a precise fit and check them
– Prepare flat steel and sheet metal for welding (deburr edges, clean)
– Secure workpieces in the specified position
– Apply tack welds and perform the welding
– Inspect welds and rework as needed
– Deburr and clean finished components
– Perform final dimensional inspection of the assembled components
