Job Description:
– Select and prepare pipes and small parts made of carbon steel and stainless steel according to specifications
– Inspect pipe ends and connection points for damage and cleanliness
– Bevel weld seams on pipe ends and small parts appropriately
– Position and align workpieces; secure them if necessary
– Adjust the welding machine and welding consumables according to the material and pipe dimensions
– Apply the welding process as specified, particularly for pipe diameters DN 25 to DN 400
– Weld the components in a manner that ensures they pass X-ray inspection
– Perform the weld bead in stages, ensuring full penetration and proper weld quality
– After welding, visually inspect the weld and rework it if necessary
– Thoroughly clean the weld area and remove slag and residues
– Perform leak and strength tests according to specifications
– Perform final assembly of the welded pipes and check that components fit correctly

Job Description:
– Cut and prepare pipes to size
– Deburr pipes and chamfer edges
– Align and position piping according to specifications
– Fit pipes together precisely
– Position and align flanges on pipe ends
– Screw on or slide on flanges and secure them
– Check and correct connection dimensions
– Prepare piping for welding
– Clean the work area and tools
