Job Description:
– Secure the work area and implement the necessary safety measures
– Check that the conveyor system and sorter are in a condition suitable for disassembly
– De-energize the system and secure it against accidental re-energization
– Remove associated piping, cables, and connections
– Carefully disassemble individual components of the conveyor system, including the sorter
– Store components in an organized manner and in a way suitable for transport to prevent damage
– Check the dismantled material for completeness and document it
– Clean the work area and remove any residue
– Prepare the dismantled parts for transport for future use (pack them on pallets)
– Remove or cut off any bolts and dowels protruding from the floor
