Job Description:
– Check the substrate for cleanliness, levelness, and load-bearing capacity
– Remove existing coverings and dirt as needed
– Level out any unevenness and treat the substrate with a bonding primer if necessary
– For wooden balconies, apply reinforcing mesh to the substrate
– Attach and align corner rails along the edges
– Apply tile adhesive evenly with a notched trowel
– Lay 20 cm x 60 cm tiles into the adhesive bed and align them
– Secure joint spacing with spacers
– If necessary, tap the laid tiles into place and press them down firmly across the entire surface
– Allow the adhesive to cure completely
– Fill the joints with a suitable grout and smooth them out
– Seal the tiled surfaces according to the manufacturer’s instructions
– Clean the work area and remove any adhesive and grout residue from the tile surfaces
– Perform a final inspection of the tile installation and the quality of the joints
