As a commercial specialist, management processes were part of my job right from the start. My professional activity has given me a deep understanding of company processes. I specialize in analyzing and developing effective processes that move W & W Personaleinsatz GmbH forward and are in line with our corporate philosophy.
What drives me
The variety of tasks offers me a wealth of variety that motivates and inspires me. No two days are the same.
Direct communication with our employees enables my brother and me to implement suggestions for improvement quickly and sustainably, take on new challenges and successfully expand our company. Transparency towards our customers also contributes to the success of our family business. I am particularly fascinated by the enormous development potential of the industry and the company.
What inspires me
Family comes first in my life. Going wild camping with my kids is not only a great way to connect with nature and learn survival skills, but it's also perfect for sharing adventures, creating memories and growing even closer as a family. A home that offers security, warmth and love is irreplaceable.
