In my previous career as a surveying technician, a significant part of my work consisted of direct customer consultation and close cooperation with clients. When creating precise site plans for construction projects and surveying buildings and land, it was not only my technical knowledge that was important, but also a deep understanding of customer needs and the associated importance of reliable work.
What drives me
All the tasks and activities in HR are very varied. There is never a dull moment when I am always able to fill and supervise unusual projects. This allows me to develop close long-term relationships with clients and employees.
I particularly enjoy talking directly to customers and working with my colleagues.
What inspires me
I like to spend my free time with my family, as these shared moments are very important to me. I'm also passionate about cooking surprising recipes for my family and friends.
I am also actively involved in the volunteer fire department. Another hobby is working with my 3D printer. I find it fascinating to develop creative designs and then turn them into real objects.
