As a bank clerk and media consultant, I have gained experience in various professions.
My versatility makes me a multifunctional force in internal HR and the development of new sectors, for example 24-hour care for people in need of nursing.
What drives me
I particularly enjoy the direct contact between our customers and employees. It is an opportunity to understand their needs and at the same time help them in the best possible way. Humanity and fairness are high values for me.
As a team leader in the 24-hour care department, I can advise those in need of care to choose the right care option. This is very important, because care at home offers a number of advantages over a stay in hospital - advantages that contribute significantly to well-being.
What inspires me
In my free time, I enjoy jumping fitness - an energetic and entertaining form of training.
I'm also a big fan of concerts and festivals where I can see my favorite bands live and enjoy the atmosphere of music with friends.
